At ISMÊ SWIM, we want you to feel confident in your swimwear; if your pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with hygiene liners and tags firmly attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unworn swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring the hygiene sticker remains intact and all tags are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality standards, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
